Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on the courier service, your location, and external factors beyond our control.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please contact our support team at info@dizzpouch.com so we can track it and assist you.

Pick-Up Points & Notifications

In some cases, your package may be delivered to a nearby pick-up point. When this happens, we’ll notify you where and when it can be collected.

Notifications are usually sent by email, SMS, or phone call. To pick up your order, you’ll need your notification or order number and valid identification.

Unclaimed parcels are automatically returned to DIZZ after a set period — typically 14 days.

Missed or Uncollected Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or couldn’t be delivered, a handling fee may apply to cover shipping and processing costs.

This amount may be deducted from any refund.

Delays or Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted shipping partners, unexpected delays can happen - for example, due to courier disruptions or severe weather. If a delay occurs, we’ll keep you updated as best as we can.

You always have the option to reach out to customer service if you’d prefer to cancel an order that’s delayed.
